
Prior and others -v- Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis
Jonathan Davies is working with Simons Muirhead Burton LLP on one of the most significant employment cases of the year. The case is a group action brought on behalf of over 400 elite firearm police officers of the Metropolitan Police who are seeking payment of overtime and the Away from Home and Hardship Allowances pursuant to the Police Regulations 2003.
The case is being heard in the High Court in front of Justice Kerr. A partial privacy order is currently in place & judgment is due over the Summer.
