Re M (Fact Finding, False Allegations, Section 91(14)) [2021] EWHC 3077 (Fam)

Gemma Taylor QC and Jeremy Hall represented the father and children respectively in the recently reported High Court decision in Re M (Fact Finding, False Allegations, Section 91(14)) [2021] EWHC 3077 (Fam) (12 November 2021).

Williams J imposed a s.91(14) CA 1989 restriction  despite there being no history of repeated court applications, following his finding that serious allegations of sexual and other abuse made against father were false.
