Samuel Davis acts for Ashford Borough Council in contempt of court proceedings
Samuel Davis, led by Adam Solomon KC of Littleton Chambers, acted for Ashford Borough Council in their contempt of court application against Fergus Wilson.
Mr Wilson was held by the Judge to have committed 20 acts of contempt. A sanctions hearing has been listed in May 2024 and Ashford Borough Council obtained a freezing order in the interim.
