Singh v Bains [2026] EWCA Civ 408

Christopher Mann appears for the Appellant before the Court of Appeal (Peter Jackson, Jeremy Baker and Miles LJJ) in the matter of Singh v Bains [2026] EWCA Civ 408 – he did not act at first instance or at the permission to appeal stage. 

The appeal arose from an alleged agreement for an allotment of a 50% shareholding in a company and against the Judge’s decision at first instance that no such agreement had been made.
