Tina Cook QC appeared as a Respondent to this appeal against a decision of Mr Justice Williams as to fairness and Article 6 and 8 Human Rights during the course of Covid remote and hybrid hearings. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal by a parent whose QC could not attend in person, but could do so remotely and reiterated that such case management decisions were fact specific and a matter for each tribunal or judge hearing the case.
