Lee specialises in child protection proceedings, providing confident representation in care, adoption. He accepts instructions on behalf of local authorities, parents, grandparents, and the children’s guardians.

He enjoys a collaborative approach to case management and is always willing to be contacted by instructing solicitors and senior management to discuss and advise on matters that arise outside of office hours and on weekends.

Lee has a long-standing interest in and experience in human rights issues. In 2002 and 2010, he worked in Kingston, Jamaica, with the Independent Jamaica Council for Human Rights. In 2002, while in Jamaica, Lee led a successful fact-finding mission to Haiti. He is a member of the Colombian Caravana and was part of the International Delegation of Lawyers to Colombia in 2014 and 2018.

Lee has a strong connection with Spain and has been learning Spanish for over 15 years.
