He acts for local authorities where there has been adult social care involvement before death, including where the duties and powers of social workers are in issue.

He has acted on behalf of custody providers where death has occurred in prison or an immigration centre: 

  • Prince Kwabena Fosu, died from dehydration, malnutrition and hypothermia at an immigration centre. BBC News coverage
