Introduction

Robert Cameron undertakes work on behalf of local authorities, parents and guardians in public law childcare and adoption proceedings, and in private law children proceedings. He has also acted in High Court declaratory relief proceedings relating to the best interests of patients.

  • A Local Authority v (1) E (2) D (3) A (by her litigation friend the Official Solicitor) [2008] 1 FLR 978; [2008] 1 FCR 389 : [2008] Fam Law 24; before Sir Mark Potter P – The Court ordered that a young woman with severe learning disabilities should reside full time in the Local Authority’s specialist residential unit in circumstances where her parents refused to cooperate with a shared care arrangement
