Tracey is a specialist Family Law Practitioner, with over 25 years’ experience in this field after an initial broad practice, and she appears within the Family Court at all levels, including appellate.

Tracey’s practice covers both private law and public law children cases, with a particular focus on serious and complex child abuse matters, including those involving sexual abuse or non-accidental injury.

Tracey has extensive experience in representing vulnerable clients, who often present with complex profiles, including with issues around mental ill health, drug or alcohol addiction, or as survivors of abuse, trafficking or having fled war.

Tracey also has a particular interest in cases involving complex and competing medical evidence including factitious illness issues.  

Tracey’s practice includes appearing in applications for Deprivation of Liberty Orders (DOLs) application.
