Will has developed a busy practice across all areas of private family law. He accepts instructions in financial remedy work, Schedule 1 applications, cohabitation (TLATA) disputes, private law children disputes and applications under the Family Law Act 1996.
Will also accepts instructions in adjacent areas such as breach of trust and proprietary estoppel claims and professional negligence matters arising from private family law disputes.
Before being called to the Bar, Will studied law at the University of Cambridge. He has undertaken a Teach First programme and was, for a time, a professional musician.
Will accepts instructions in all areas of financial remedy law. He has a particular interest in cases involving farms.
Will accepts instructions in private law children matters including contact disputes, prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders and cases involving parental alienation.
Will accepts instructions in cases involving non-molestation and occupation orders.
Will has experience of cases involving property and trust issues, including beneficial ownership disputes. Will accepts instructions in this area and is eager to build a broader property and chancery practice.
Will has experience of general common law work, including professional negligence cases. Will is keen to broaden his practice in this area.
