About the author
Jo was called to the Bar in 2010 after having a successful career as a solicitor dealing with public law children matters, working in-house for a local authority and then in private practice. She specialises in public law children work representing local authorities, parents, carers, and children. Jo regularly represents parties in complex matters dealing with child death, serious physical injuries, sexual abuse and neglect before the County Court and High Court.
