Foreign Assets in Financial Remedies Cases
Andrew Pote and Sian Smith will be discuss the problems of dealing with foreign assets in financial remedies cases.

This will include disclosure, valuations, true ownership, and overseas pensions.

Wednesday 30th November, 5pm-6pm
Pets in Divorce
Katherine Archer and Charmaine Clubb will be exploring the law’s approach to the treatment of pets in financial remedies applications on divorce. They will analyse what that approach means for clients in practice and what those clients can do if they are concerned about losing a pet on separation.

Finally, the webinar will explore the approach in other jurisdictions and whether there is scope for reform here.
