Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Seminar

The Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Team of 42BR is pleased to invite you to this seminar, at the Maid's Head Hotel, Norwich on Wednesday 24 May 2023, from 5pm.

There will be two short talks:

Vulnerability and the CPR: 2 years on, but more to come

What price independence, freedom of choice, autonomy?

followed by drinks and nibbles.

Thomas Wood, a personal injury and clinical negligence practitioner with over 20 year's experience will discuss CPR 1.1(2)(a) and PD1A, the decision in AXX v Zajac, the effect on costs and case management and practical learning points.

Sinclair Cramsie, who specialises in a personal injury, with over 30 years’ experience, will then conclude the session by discussing care claims by seriously injured claimants focusing, in particular, on the quality of life against which such claims should be measured.

To RSVP, contact our Marketing Manager, Sophie Hicks here. We hope to see you there.
