Sinclair has a common law practice. His main areas of specialisation are personal injury, clinical and other professional negligence, and employment. 

Personal Injury

Sinclair has experience of the full range of personal injury claims including employer’s liability, industrial disease, fatal and road traffic accidents. He generally acts for the claimant in high value and often complex claims.

A v A(2025): substantial settlement for RTA victim with significant pre-existing PTSD who suffered a traumatic brain injury: allegations of fundamental dishonesty
B v  CL and BB (2025): substantial claim by construction worker who suffered traumatic brain injury during lifting operation by a crane: liability dispute involving multiple defendants
