Rachel Chan appointed as Deputy District Judge
42BR Barristers is pleased to announce that Rachel Chan has been appointed by The Lady Chief Justice, The Right Honourable Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill as a Deputy District Judge. Rachel will be sitting on the South Eastern Circuit within the civil jurisdiction.
Rachel will continue her practice as a barrister alongside her judicial sittings.
