Chambers is delighted to announce Stephen Willmer has joined our Business & Property group from today.
Stephen accepts instructions in chancery and commercial practice, with a particular emphasis on insolvency, shareholder and (quasi-) partnership disputes, usually in privately owned businesses, the 1975 Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act, contentious probate claims, claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (ToLATA), breach of trust/proprietary estoppel claims, commercial and domestic landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold disputes, mortgagees’s possession claims, disagreements between neighbours which usually arise over a boundary and develop into complaints of harassment
