Monica Ford was instructed on the appeal. Monica was instructed for the Respondent Children through their Guardian. The appeal was dismissed, but Lord Justice Jackson confirmed earlier judicial guidance given by the Late Lord Justice Wall about the careful approach required to be undertaken by the Courts when considering SGOs.
