
Nicholas Bidnell-Edwards secured a substantial increase to an injury to feelings award for a victim of maternity discrimination
After Mr Bidnell-Edwards had proved a case of maternity discrimination, the Employment Judge at South London Employment Tribunal made an injury to feelings award of £10,000.00, which then increased by more than 50% to £15,332.19 as a result of i) a 10% increase for the Simmons v.
