She regularly drafts and makes applications for injunctive relief for anti-social behaviour issues and breaches of tenancy agreement.

Angela receives instructions from both landlords and tenants regarding Private Landlord matters and Leasehold Ownership disputes and claims arising from Mortgage defaults and including unauthorised occupants.
Angela represents local authorities, hospitals and security firms as Interested Persons at an Inquest. She has also represented the families of the bereaved and helps them to probe for answers at this specialised form of inquiry.
Angela’s Court of Protection practice has included representing local authorities and housing associations who may have vulnerable persons in housing. She has assisted in complex situations where specialised resources are required, and where there may be a conflict between family members’ wishes and the local authority or housing association.
