Hamed has a busy practice across four broad areas of work. He enjoys a close working relationship with instructing solicitors and is happy to act as a sounding board. He has been described by his solicitors as unflappable in the face of difficulty and brings a measured approach to his cases.

Hamed is qualified to accept instructions under the Direct Public Access Scheme.


Appearing regularly in the Employment Tribunal, Hamed predominantly acts for employers in the full breadth of employment matters. He has received positive feedback from his instructing solicitors for his ability to quickly gain a handle on claims brought against his employer clients, understand the details of their business operations and reflect those details precisely in his drafting and at trial.

Hamed is happy to advise on matters at a preliminary stage to help narrow issues and where possible, achieve strike out before the expenses of trial are occurred.

At trial, Hamed is a confident and effective advocate who demonstrates a strong grasp of the facts of the case and the issues that matter. He has been commended by solicitors for his command of facts and his ability put clients at ease before giving evidence.
