In this webinar, Sam Healy and Karolina Zielinska deliver an update on recent caselaw concerning the duty to make reasonable adjustments, and share their top tips on drafting PCPs in any s.20 EA 2010 claim and how to defend these claims when brought. They will also consider what duty the Employment Tribunal itself has to make reasonable adjustments.
