Louise joined 42BR Barristers in October 2018 and has developed a broad common law practice with a particular focus on employment and social housing law.

In her employment practice, she regularly acts in cases involving unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing, redundancy, and wage disputes. In social housing matters, she represents landlords and tenants in possession proceedings, disrepair claims, injunction applications, anti-social behaviour cases, and homelessness appeals.

Louise has been commended for her thorough trial preparation and conscientious support to lay clients at court and in tribunal.
