New Practice Area - Animal Welfare
42BR Barristers is delighted to announce the formation of a new practice group, which spans numerous areas of law but has animal welfare at its core.
Currently comprising of 9 members, ranging from some of our senior silks to some of our more junior tenants, the new group boasts a wealth of experience across civil, regulatory, environmental, and family law. This group is in a unique position to advise and advocate on the increasingly important and changing issues impacting animal welfare post Brexit and in the light of recent legislation.
Heads of Chambers, Tina Cook QC and Richard Furniss comment “we are delighted by the announcement of this newest practice area at 42BR Barristers. The group encompasses a range of Chambers core practice areas which impact on animal welfare”.
The group will be led by Marcia Hyde and clerked by Practice Managers, Tim Dockrill and Adam Farnsworth-Jones.
