Samuel’s work spans commercial litigation, property law and all areas of private family litigation (including financial remedy and TOLATA disputes). He has appeared as sole counsel at all levels up to (and including) the Court of Appeal and is often instructed to appear alone against KCs. Property & Housing Law

Samuel specialises in all types of property and housing litigation and is regularly instructed by companies, individuals, and local authorities.

He has experience dealing with Equality Act and Human Rights issues, advising on claims for judicial review and advising on the construction of local authority policy documents. He is known for his robust strategic and commercially minded advice.

Samuel has particular experience dealing with applications for injunctive relief, claims involving disrepair and cases involving adverse possession.

He is also instructed in disputes about commercial tenancies and leases.
