Catrin joined 42BR in October 2022 following completion of her pupillage in chambers. She has a busy practice spanning private family law, property and employment. She prides herself on her diligent preparation, practical advice and approachability.
Catrin read Law at the University of Oxford, and subsequently completed her BPTC LLM at the University of Law. Prior to pupillage, she worked as a family paralegal at two leading law firms.
Property Law
Catrin is building a property practice. She has experience with issues of trusts and beneficial interests through her financial remedies practice, and this makes her well-placed to advise in this area.
Animal Welfare
Catrin has an interest in the intersection between family law and animal welfare, in particular the link between animal abuse and domestic abuse, and disputes surrounding the family pet on relationship breakdown.
Direct Access
Catrin is authorised to accept instructions direct from members of the public.
She encourages clients who are considering this route to contact Chambers and discuss their problem.
