Catrin joined chambers in October 2022 following completion of her pupillage. Prior to pupillage, Catrin worked as a paralegal at two leading law firms, working in teams specialising in financial remedy, private children and international family law. Catrin read Law at the University of Oxford, and subsequently completed her BPTC LLM at the University of Law. During her legal studies, she volunteered at the University of Law Legal Advice Centre where she advised and represented clients in private children proceedings.

Family Law

Catrin accepts instructions in all areas of family law, including public and private law children, financial remedy, and proceedings under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996. Her experience as a family paralegal gives her a deeper understanding of clients’ needs during family proceedings. During pupillage, she spent three months observing the full spectrum of care work under the supervision of Philip McCormack and Sharan Bhachu.
