Catrin frequently represents both claimants and respondents in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing cases. She is instructed on matters from case management preliminary hearings, to multi-day final hearings, and advises her clients throughout, including with respect to settlement where appropriate.
