
Karolina joined 42BR following the successful completion of her pupillage in October 2023 and has developed a broad practice across chambers’ areas of civil expertise.
As sole counsel, Karolina is regularly instructed in a variety of housing matters up to and including trial (including possessions, injunctions, disrepair/EPA cases, committals), multi-day employment trials and commercial/contractual/property disputes.

Personal Injury
Karolina regularly advises and represents both claimants and respondents in a variety of personal injury matters, including claims arising from road traffic accidents (including credit hire matters), claims involving infants and stage 3 settlement hearings.
Karolina accepts instructions on the basis of conditional fee agreements where appropriate.
Recent cases include:
- Samuels v Advantage Insurance Company Limited – acted for the Claimant in a Fast Track hearing concerning injury arising from an RTA.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Karolina is an accredited Civil and Commercial mediator, having undertaken training at The Society of Mediators in January 2023.
She accepts instructions to mediate a variety of civil and commercial disputes, ranging in value and complexity. Karolina's mediation practice benefits from the knowledge and experience across numerous civil and commercial practice areas gained through her work as a barrister.
Direct Access
Karolina is authorised to accept instructions directly from members of the public, where appropriate, across chambers’ areas of expertise. She can prepare written advices, draft pleadings and provide representation at court hearings.
