Having acted in the original First Tier Tribunal hearing, he recently appeared in the Supreme Court in Ridley v. Sam also practises in wills and probate, typically in disputes as to the validity of wills or their meaning, administration disputes and claims under the Inheritance Act 1975.
Sam is authorised to accept instructions direct from members of the public. He encourages clients who are considering this route to contact Chambers and discuss their problem.
