• Foulger v. Middlesbrough Borough Council 2501757/2024 – Representing LA in defence of TU detriment claim, focusing on reasonableness of order for reinstatement.
• Kent v. DWP 2500719/2023 – Representing the Respondent department in their defence of a disability discrimination claim relating to the provision of auxiliary aids.
• Rashad v. CC of Cleveland Police 2501152/2011 – Representing Chief Constable in three week discrimination/victimisation trial involving allegations spanning many years.
